Atomic Habits - My new read!

I have over 40 years of programming experience using a variety of languages over the course of my career to develop real-time solutions for real-world problems.

Keyboards connect us to the world and, as a keyboard enthusiast, I am searching for the ideal keyboard.

I started reading "Atomic Habits" by James Clear, 306 pages, and published by Avery, an imprint of Penguin Random House, ISBN 9780735211292. I may earn a commission from links on this page.

The gist of the book is simple. Tiny changes every day add up to yield significant outcomes. The concept is easy to understand. Practicing it may prove to be more difficult unless the changes themselves become a part of a new habit and, more importantly, a part of your identity.

Rather than focus on a specific outcome, focus on incrementally changing the system for sustainable success. The difference between "I published an article" and "I am a writer" is significant where the first is an outcome, and the latter is an identity.

Read, learn, and practice your way to success one tiny change at a time. The journey continues. Get your copy of Atomic Habits, and it could change your life for good!

Hi Redge! Interesting book.

I would love to read an article about how you put in practice the things you learn from the book.
